Property and cancellation policies

  • The price of the first night per room will be charged to your card at the time of booking.
  • Reservations made on our website https://laperlahotelboutique.com can be cancelled or modified without penalty by the guest up to 24 hours before the arrival date.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night per room.
  • In case of no-show, the cancellation charge will be the total amount of the reservation.
  • Refunds will be made directly to the same card.

Terms and conditions

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM. Arrivals before this time may be subject to additional charges and are subject to availability.
  • Check-out: 12:00 PM. Departures after this time may be subject to additional charges and are subject to availability.
  • From the moment of booking, a charge will be made to the registered card for the amount of the first night per room. In case the bank cannot process the charge, your reservation will be automatically cancelled and the rooms will become available.
  • Published rates DO NOT INCLUDE TAXES: 16% VAT and 3% accommodation tax. Taxes will be shown separately in your reservation breakdown.
  • If you cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the arrival date, you will be refunded 100% of the amount paid to the card used to pay for the reservation.
  • If you cancel or modify your reservation within 24 hours prior to the arrival date, the penalty will be one average night of the total reservation amount.
  • In case of no-show, you will not be entitled to any refund.
