Reception and Guest Service
Our reception is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There will always be someone ready to assist you and accompany you during your stay.
Check-in and Check-out
- Early check-in: available with prior request at least 24 hours in advance and additional cost, subject to availability.
- Late check-out: available with additional cost, subject to availability.
Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express)
- Bank deposit
At this time, installment payments are not possible.
Payments are made only at the time of check-in.
Bank Deposits
Bank deposit can only be made once your reservation has been confirmed.
To validate the reservation, it is necessary to make the deposit and send the receipt to: hello@laperlahotelboutique.com
CANCELLATION POLICIES
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance do not incur charges or penalties.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur corresponding charges.
- Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate selected at the time of booking.
